FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods of the non-invasive measurement of a substance concentration in an organism, for instance, of glucose in blood. For this purpose two versions of the method are claimed, involving the reduction of the body surface temperature with its further recovery. The device, including a detector and an optic system, is used. Measurement of the first dose of infrared ("IR") radiation, absorbed or emitted from the body surface in the first range of a wavelength, and measurement of the second dose of IR radiation, absorbed or emitted from the body surface in the second range of the wavelength during periods of temperature changing, is performed. The method also includes the measurement of temperature on the body surface and the temperature of the environment. A normalised parameter of the ratio is calculated on the basis of the first, second IR dose, temperature on the body surface and temperature of the environment. The substance concentration is determined by establishing a correlation with the normalised ratio parameter.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase of the measurement accuracy.
