FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention can be used for thermal-strength static tests of aircraft airframes, in particular, to means designed to reproduce non-stationary temperature fields in air-s[ace craft structures under test. Temperature field simulator unit comprises IR lamp radiators and reflectors. Reflector body is composed by rectangular cross-section steel water-cooled pipes mounted at steel board. Reflectors made of nickel and provided with gold coating are secured to the pipe radiated surface. Note here that said plates are fitted to make slot there between for air to flow there through to blow radiator quartz bulbs and tested object.
EFFECT: higher validity of reproduction of non-stationary temperature fields originating in tested object under deep cooling and aerodynamic high-temperature heating.
