FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, particularly, to testing of aircrafts in rocket and space industry. Heater for thermal tests contains infrared lamps and quartz screen fixed in slots of water-cooled shells. In holes of water-cooled reflector there installed are infrared lamps, water-cooled shells and air collector, on external surface of which rotary mechanism with deflector is located. Air collector provides cooling of infrared lamps and prevents overheating of quartz screen.

EFFECT: invention increases heating temperature of the test sample to 1800–1900 K and prolongs service life of the heating elements.
