SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and deals with a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of pain or for the reduction of potential abuse with phenol opioids, which contains a trypsin inhibitor and a compound, containing a residue of phenol opioid. The group of inventions also deals with a method of treatment and prevention of pain in a patient, requiring such treatment, which includes the introduction to the patient of an effective quantity of the said pharmaceutical composition; application of the said pharmaceutical composition in manufacturing a medication for the treatment or prevention of pain; method of reducing potential abuse with phenol opioid, including a combination of a prodrug of the phenol opioid, which provides the enzymatically-controlled release of the phenol opioid with an enzyme inhibitor.
