FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation. Proposed system comprises optical device and hardware-software complex. This system is equipped with targets-markers secured at pipeline and its supports and provided with vertical and horizontal graduations their reference shots of which are loaded into data base of hardware and software complex. Photo camera is used as said optical device. Said hardware-software complex can process shots of every target-marker by their superimposition on reference picture and calculation of pipeline geometry and pipe support position deflection via shifts of targets-markers vertical and horizontal graduations from their positions on reference pictures.

EFFECT: creation of efficient stationary optical system of monitoring of above-ground main pipeline crossings and fast response to variations in said geometry and position in 3D format.
