FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pipelines cable elevated passageways state determination and the stress-strain state levels adjustment, prompt notification of change in their state, prevention of emergencies occurrence, and can be used in the structures safety during operation automated monitoring systems. System contains the information collection and transmission unit, server with software, sensors units, each of which consists of four SSS sensors and four strain gauges installed in the similar to them installation points, in mutually perpendicular axes with reference to the horizon line. System is additionally equipped with the lanyards remote control units, sending the control signals to lanyards, which perform the attached thereto cables tension individual adjustment, and to the cables couplings on the pipeline so, that to optimize the pipeline geometry in the stress-strain state elevated levels zone in order to bring these values to acceptable levels, at that, the control signal is generated based on the information from the mounted on the pipeline sensors units, in close proximity to each cable coupling.
EFFECT: present invention object is development of the pipelines cable elevated passageways stress-strain state monitoring and adjustment system, allowing in addition to real-time data acquisition on the pipelines cable elevated passageways SSS levels, and its spatial position (bending geometry and directions along the entire length), in the three-dimensional coordinate system, to remotely conduct the cables tension (weakening) individual adjustment for the pipeline geometry adjustment in the SSS levels increased values zone in order to bring these values to acceptable levels.
