FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be applied to making concrete articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as for special purpose installations, for example, bridges or roads. High-strength concrete prepared from mixture containing Portland cement, sand, crushed stone, silica-containing component represented by silicic acid sol H2SiO3 of density ρ= 1.014 g/cm3 and pH value of pH = 4±0.5, additives and water, differs by that it contains quartz sand as sand of fineness modulus 2.32; crushed granite as macadam of fraction 5-20 mm, additionally contains complex filler consisting of finely grounded electro-filter ash after burning shale coal with specific surface equal to 360 m2/kg, and finely ground limestone with specific surface equal to 280 m2/kg, with following ratio of components, wt.%: said ash: 17-20; said lime: 80-83; and pH value of silica-containing component: 4±0.5, and additive consists of aqueous solution of polycarboxylate polymer bearing technical name "WBK", of density ρ= 1.035 g/cm3 and pH value of pH = 6±0.5, sodium carbonate and water in following proportions, wt.%: aqueous solution of polycarboxylate polymer bearing technical name "WBK" of density ρ= 1.035 g/cm3 and pH value of pH = 6±0.5: 20-21; sodium carbonate: 2.0-2.5; water: 77.0-77.5; at following ratio of raw mixture components, wt.%: Portland cement: 16.93-18.63; said sand: 30.40-30.77; said crushed stone: 42.20-42.54.
EFFECT: technical result is higher frost resistance of high-strength concrete.
