FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to make concrete articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as for erection of special purpose, for example hydraulic structures. High-strength concrete prepared from mixture containing Portland cement, sand, crushed stone, silica-containing component represented by silicic acid sol H2SiO3 with density of 1.014 g/cm3, additive and water, additionally contains filler, which is floured electrostatic filter ash from burning coal shale with specific surface equal to 360 m2/kg, and value of pH of silica-containing component is 4±0.5, and additive consists of aqueous solution of polycarboxylate polymer with density of 1.035 g/cm3 and pH value of pH = 6±0.5, sodium formate and water in following proportions, wt%: polycarboxylate polymer water solution with density 1.035 g/cm3 and pH value of pH = 6±0.5-20-21; sodium formate - 1.5-1.6; water - 77.5-78.4; at following ratio of components of crude mixture of high-strength concrete, wt%: Portland cement - 16-19; sand - 33-34; crushed stone - 39-40; silica-containing component represented by silicic acid sol H2SiO3 with density ρ= 1.014 g/cm3 and pH = 4±0.5-0.16-0.20; said filler - 0.94-1.00; said additive - 0.19-0.20; water - 7.71-8.60.
EFFECT: technical result is higher water impermeability of high-strength concrete.
