FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medical equipment, namely to endoscopic instruments - distal nozzles for flexible endoscopes, and can be used to perform impedancemetry and rheography during endoscopic examination of internal organs, biopsy taking and endoscopic hemostasis. In the first option of the invention, in a device for endoscopic studies, containing a removable nozzle with an electrode and a connection element with measuring equipment, according to the solution, the nozzle is made in the form of a hollow tube, on the inner surface of which, from the side of its distal end, there is an electrode connected by a conductive path to the contact surface located on the inner surface of the nozzle from the side of its proximal end. The connection element is made in the form of a conductor having a contact surface on the outer side for connecting to the nozzle from the side of its proximal end and made congruent with respect to it. The conductor has a connector for connecting to measuring equipment. In the second option of the invention, the technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the device for endoscopic studies, containing a removable nozzle with an electrode and a connection element with measuring equipment, according to the solution, the nozzle is made in the form of a hollow tube, on the outer surface of which, from the side of its distal end, there is at least at least one electrode connected by a conductive path to the contact surface located on the inner surface of the nozzle from the side of its proximal end. The connection element is made in the form of a conductor having a contact surface on the outer side for connecting to the nozzle from the side of its proximal end and made congruent with respect to it. The conductor has a connector for connecting to measuring equipment.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of endoscopic hemostasis and the effectiveness of research due to the possibility of combining a visual assessment of the state of tissues with an assessment of the electrical conductivity of tissues and local blood flow.
