FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a drainage system for intrauterine therapy of wounds with negative pressure. System comprises open-cell element (1) collecting fluid medium, which is connected to at least one element (2), conducting fluid medium, and which on longitudinal axis or parallel to longitudinal axis is provided with cylindrical tubular cavity (1a) passing along entire length of axis or along its part with inlet hole on proximal end, in which removable guide rod (5) or endoscope (11) for transvaginal placement is introduced. Latter is connected to an electronically controlled vacuum pump (4) which is configured to create intradermal pressure patterns (7, 7a, 7b) on the inner walls of the uterus similar to labour contractions and/or postpartum uterine contractions. On moving rod (5) or on endoscope (11) movable sleeve (6) of pusher is installed, which at its distal end is funnel-like expanded and / or ends with disk-like plate (6b).
EFFECT: technical result is provision of vacuum bandage or drainage system, which would be suitable for intrauterine therapy.
