FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: pins are delivered through an iliac bone; the pins are then inserted from an internal surface of the iliac bone above a thickening of a notch perpendicularly towards the cotyloid cavity through both cortical layers into a cotyloid bone. The pins are bent above an iliac crest.
EFFECT: method provides the reliable fixation of the cotyloid cavity in the position of the pre-set correction, enables reducing the risk of secondary dislocation in cotyloid cavity transposition.
