FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at thermal power plants (TPP) at utilisation of low-potential steam heat of heating extractions from a steam turbine for additional generation of electric energy. At operation of TPP, steam of heating parameters from extractions of the steam turbine is supplied to steam space of upper and lower system water heaters, condensed on the surface of heated tubes of the system water heaters, inside which cooling liquid flows; with that, at steam condensation of heating extractions there performed is utilisation of low-potential steam heat of heating extractions from the steam turbine by means of a thermal engine with a closed circulation circuit, which operates as per an organic Rankine cycle, in which low-boiling working medium circulating in the closed circuit is used as cooling liquid; with that, it is compressed in a condensate pump of the thermal engine, heated in a recuperative heat exchanger, heated and evaporated in the lower system water heater of the steam turbine, reheated in the upper system water heater of the steam turbine, expanded in a turbine expander, its temperature is decreased in the recuperative heat exchanger of the thermal engine and condensed in a heat exchanger - condenser.
EFFECT: invention allows improving TPP efficiency due to additional electric energy generation.
