SUBSTANCE: base is fused to add thereto a composition including reinforcing particles Al₂O₃ to form Al ply made by mechanical activation on their surfaces, obtained by being poured into the mould. Al ply in mechanical activation is subjected to cold working. Al₂O₃ particles are shaped to 50-40 mcm and introduced into the melt as-preheated to temperature $$t=t_{fuse}^{-10\%},$$ where t_fuse is aluminium fusion temperature, in amount of 15-20% of melt mass. Note here that silumin can be used as said base.

EFFECT: higher breaking strength of cast composite.
