SUBSTANCE: number of feed channels of a scanning antenna array is less than the number of radiating elements and more than or equal to 2; with that, each channel has an individual constant power divider with fixed amplitude and phase distribution parameters. Weight coefficients are configured so that in total a cosecant directivity pattern of the antenna array can be formed. Scanning is performed by changing the phase at the inlet of at least one of the power dividers.

EFFECT: improving efficiency of scanning and formation of a multibeam directivity pattern in an antenna array already at availability of two radio-transmitting circuits.
