FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an endoscope, through which a working channel extends, ending at an output side of a trunk. A guiding element extends through the working channel, which is preferably directed in the working channel with the possibility of longitudinal movement along the working channel. The device is made in such a way that a distal end section of a tool extending near along the trunk is movable along the trunk outside the side for movement of a working section of the tool from the output side for elongation of the distal end section of the device. The tool is connected to the guiding element for guiding the working section of the tool in a direction transverse to the output side, for example perpendicularly, from the output side to an area opposite the output side for operation in the area, using the tool.
EFFECT: use of this invention will allow for sustainable guiding a tool located outside an endoscope.
