FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling after definite intervals along the strike of the kept ahead process wells limiting the contour of the sheet deposit, the sheet deposit development at single exposed surface by means of work poles, grinding of the sheet deposit rock using the cutting tool connected with the driven stations, the ground rock removal from the work space, and its further removal by the suction device from the kept advanced process well. The sheet deposit is opened by means of the self-moving milling machine and bulldozer after determination of the sheet deposit contour in terms of length and depth of mineralization, at that the sheet deposit core grinding executed with width regulation using the replaceable head of the cutting elements prior to the sheet deposit development is controlled using the automatic system, at that removal of the ground rocks from the work space is performed during grinding by means of the spring-loaded scrapers, and the ground rock is loaded by means of the suction device in the dump truck.
EFFECT: increased capacity of the process of development of the sulphide ores from thin near-vertical sheet deposits, and increased quality of the produced minerals.
