SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutics and can be used in manufacturing medications. The system of cryogranulation contains a cuvette for the transfer of a refrigerant flow, a mechanism for the supply of the refrigerant to the cuvette, a distribution device for the supply of a pharmaceutical composition into the refrigerant and a transportation unit, made with a possibility of separating tablets from the refrigerant and transferring the tablets into a collector. The distribution device contains a casing and a distribution unit, which contains an envelope, forming an internal chamber, an input channel for the supply of the pharmaceutical composition into the internal chamber and a multitude of distribution channels for the supply of the pharmaceutical composition into the refrigerant in the cuvette and tablet formation. The distribution channels form the first and second rows, located perpendicularly relative to the refrigerant flow and at an angle to the vertical, with channels of the first row being located at opposite angles relative to the channels of the second row. The group of inventions also relates to the distribution device and a method of cryotabletting.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the uniform distribution of tablets by sizes and minimisation of the product loss in the process of processing.
