FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: method for pharmaceutical composition cryogranulation includes creation of a refrigerant stream; pharmaceutical composition supply to the dispenser; distribution of a pharmaceutical composition containing microparticles based on diketopiperazine in a fluid, from a dispenser to a refrigerant stream and pills separation from the refrigerant. At that, the pharmaceutical composition is distributed evenly over the refrigerant stream and with droplet size allowing the pills to be formed in a predetermined size range. Distribution of the pharmaceutical composition is carried out from the first and second rows of the distribution channels. The first and second rows of distribution channels are perpendicular to the refrigerant stream and extend at an angle to the vertical, and the distribution channels of the first row are located at the opposite angle with respect to the distribution channels of the second row.
EFFECT: invention provides a more uniform distribution of the pills size, minimizes formation of small particles of pills during cryogranulation and eliminates the freezing problems of the switchgear.
