SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubeless reel of tape material, method of producing such reel and to rereeling machine designed to produce tubeless reel of tape material. Reel comprises first inner part of tape material that forms inner core of reel, and second outer part of tape material that is wound on reel inner core. There is a boundary between aforesaid inner and outer parts to facilitate their relative displacement. Said first and second parts of tape material form two independent, suitable for use, reels of tape material. Proposed method consists in easier withdrawal of the first central part of tape material from its second outer part thanks to aforesaid boundary or dissimilarity between said first and said second parts. Proposed rereeling machine comprises winding unit to wind tape material on free end without winding core to form the reel with the first inner part of tape material that forms the core, and second part of tape material wound around central core. Rereeling machine comprises device that may be started on winding every reel to produce the boundary between first and second parts of tape material. Boundary between the first and second parts facilitates sliding of both said parts. Said first and second parts of tape material form two independent, suitable for use, reels of tape material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of producing tubeless reels of tape material.
