SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to the method for destruction of M.P. Pokrovskaya’s bacteriophage nucleocapsid. The method for destruction of M.P. Pokrovskaya’s bacteriophage nucleocapsid includes the preparation of a means for implementing the proposed method, including the preparation of Sky Force dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 100 micrograms of Sky Force per 1 ml of distilled water; preparation of a suspension of M.P. Pokrovskaya’s bacteriophage on an isotonic solution of sodium chloride at a concentration of 1×10⁹ phage particles in 1 ml; introduction of the prepared bacteriophage suspension into a vial with a solution of the Sky Force preparation in such a way that the concentration of phage particles in the reaction mixture is 1×10⁸ in 1 ml, and the concentration of the Sky Force preparation is 100 micrograms in 1 ml; sampling of the reaction mixture with destroyed phage particles after 10-20 minutes and its examination using electron microscopy devices.

EFFECT: method described above makes it possible to effectively carry out the destruction of M.P. Pokrovskaya’s nucleocapsid of the bacteriophage.
