FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: claimed NPSPM comprises cantilever, cantilever needle, cantilever deflection detection and registration system. The latter comprises laser, reflection surface of cantilever and four-section photodiode with input amplifier, system of specimen 3D-positioning and ACM controller for measurement results processing. Besides, it comprises quasi particle generator, receiver of quasi particle reflected from analyzed specimen surface and extra controller to plot the map of the surface reflection ability.

EFFECT: possibility of the analysis of quasi particles behavior dynamics on the surface with nanometer resolution.
