FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to facilities intended for current generation and maintenance in plasma. The claimed invention envisages generation of vacuumised space by vacuum pumping means in tokamak within volume limited by a coil of toroidal magnetic field. Further gas is released into reaction chamber, at that current is measured in the central solenoid (1). Induction electric field and magnetoelectricity are generated in gas by changing current in the central solenoid, making plasma filament, then current passage in plasma is maintained by continued current changing in the central solenoid. The solenoid is preliminary coupled to the first system of magnets (2). There is also the second system of magnets (10) coupled to the system of coils of poloidal magnetic field (9) and the third system of magnets (16), coupled to the system of coil (8) of toroidal magnetic field. Magnets of the first, second and third systems are made so that they can be moved by devices changing distance between magnets (3), (11) and (17) as well as be cooled up to temperature of liquid helium by cryostats and be transferred to superconductive state.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency factor at plasma filament generating and maintaining by current, as well as increase in duration of current maintenance in plasma by induction method.
