SUBSTANCE: functional structure of simultaneous reciprocating rotation of a group of sliding elements for gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical cases in toroidal robotic system with a sliding cover which comprises the housing, the back-up washer, the drive with reducer which by means of the reducer gear is functionally connected with the turn gear, the round plate with axial hole on which with a certain step along the circle the sliding elements of gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical cases are fixed, and inner and outer edges of the round plate with axial hole are implemented with the cylindrical shape and are oriented vertically downwards and vertically upwards respectively, and also comprises the bearings, while the housing of simultaneous reciprocating rotation of group of sliding elements of gripping and holding, diagnostic and surgical devices is implemented with the toroidal shape with a sliding cover together with sliding internal part of the toroidal case in which the back-up washer with axial hole is fixed. The middle part and the edge part of the back-up washer are implemented with the cylindrical shape between which the round plate with sliding elements of gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical devices is located the internal cylindrical part of which fixes the bearings positionally located on horizontally oriented part of the back-up washer and on its external edge cylindrical part the drive with reducer is fixed, and the turn gear is fixed from the inside of cylindrical edge part of the round plate with axial hole.
