SUBSTANCE: claimed structure comprises vertical cylindrical body to be turned by the gear secured or making the component of thrust washer. Bottom part of the latter also features cylindrical shape and is arranged coaxially inside said vertical cylindrical body to turn therein and engaged with drive gear with reduction gear. Said reduction gear is fixed at bottom mid washer engaged with vertical rods uniformly spaces in circle inside said vertical cylindrical body. Besides, it comprises bottom washer with axial bore, bearings, retainers of diagnostics and surgical elements, drive with reduction gear engaged with the gear with axial bore.
