SUBSTANCE: functional structure of individual reciprocating rotation of sliding elements for gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical cases in toroidal robotic system with sliding cover which comprises the housing, the back-up washer with the fixed turn drive with reducer which by means of the reducer gear is functionally connected with the turn gear of the round plate with axial hole where the sliding elements of gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical cases are fixed, and inner edges of the round plate with axial hole are implemented with the cylindrical shape and oriented vertically downwards, and also comprises bearings, while the case of individual reciprocating rotation of group of sliding elements of gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical cases is implemented with the toroidal shape with sliding cover together with sliding internal part of the toroidal case, which fixes the back-up washer with axial hole which is implemented as either integral, or in the form of separate sectors, while the middle part and the edge part of the back-up washer is implemented with the cylindrical shape which are oriented upwards, and between them with equal step the separate sectors of the round plate with sliding elements of gripping and holding of diagnostic and surgical cases are located for independent turn, on internal cylindrical parts of separate sectors of the round plate several support bearings are consistently fixed which are positionally located on horizontally oriented part of the back-up washer the edge cylindrical part of which fixes the drive with reducer, from both sides of which the limiting gears are also fixed with a possibility of rotation which are functionally connected with the sector of the turn gear of the round plate.
