SUBSTANCE: functional structure of simultaneous reciprocating turn of group of extension elements for clamping and holding of diagnostic and surgical housings inside toroid robot system with extension lid comprising casing, support washer, drive with gearbox, that by means of the gearbox pinion is functionally connected with the turn pinion, round plate with axial hole, on which with definite spacing along the circle the extension elements for clamping and holding of the diagnostic and surgical tools are secured, and internal and external edges of the round plate with the axial hole are made with cylindrical shape, and are oriented vertically downwards and vertically upwards, respectively, and bearings. At that the casing of simultaneous reciprocating turn of the group of the extension elements for clamping and holding of the diagnostic and surgical tools is made with toroidal shape with extension lid together with the extension internal part of the toroidal casing, inside it the support washer with axial hole is located. Middle part and outermost part of the support washer are made with cylindrical shape, between them round plate with extension elements for clamping and holding of the diagnostic and surgical tools is located, on its internal cylindrical part bearings are secured, they are located on the horizontally oriented part of the support washer, and on the horizontally oriented part of the round plate with the axial hole the drive with gearbox is secured, and the turn pinion is fixed at the internal side of the cylindrical outermost part of the round plate with the axial hole.
