SUBSTANCE: functional structure of electromagnetic clamps of diagnostic and surgical cases of sliding cover of the toroidal surgical robotic system which comprises the cylindrical case with a possibility of axial rotation where in series with equal step the vertically oriented cases of clamps of diagnostic and surgical devices are located along the circle, while the vertically oriented cases of clamps of diagnostic and surgical devices are formed by two halves with a possibility of their fixing among themselves, and inside them with vertical shift from each other two electromagnets are fixed which has the external horizontal oriented ferromagnetic cylindrical part which on external surface of the cylindrical case is connected to the round ferromagnetic plate which is coaxially fixed on one end of horizontally oriented ferromagnetic rod , and another its end is implemented conic for the oriented fixing and holding of diagnostic and surgical devices.
