SUBSTANCE: functional structure of the surgical and diagnostic devices housing retainer in the toroidal surgical robot system with a sliding lid includes a cylindrical or polyhedral body of the tool table having a possibility of lifting and reciprocating rotation by an actuator with a reducer and a gear, and also includes surgical and diagnostic devices housings retainers which are positionally arranged in a circle. Surgical and diagnostic devices housings retainers are formed as lower and upper electromagnets which are fixed in vertical plane on the outer side of the polyhedral supplemental body. The polyhedral additional body is positionally located coaxially within the tool table cylindrical or polyhedral body, wherein openings are made opposite to the electromagnets, where not closed cylindrical electromagnetic portions of the electromagnets and the inner core with windings having a circular or conical outer end are arranged for oriented fixation of the surgical and diagnostic devices housings. Inside and coaxially with the tool table rods are disposed circularly, their upper ends are fixed in the bottom of the robot system sliding lid, and the lower ends of the rods are fixed to the upper portion of the circular plate with support bearings for tool table reciprocating turning located on the upper surface edge, the bearings are operatively connected to the lower part of the tool table body by means of a sleeve. Inside the tool table top a gear is fixed that is operatively connected to a gear of one or more geared actuators which are fixed at the top of the rods for reciprocation turning of the tool table housing.
EFFECT: invention allows to extend the procedural capabilities of the toroidal surgical robot system with a sliding lid.
