SUBSTANCE: functional structure of a retainer housing of surgical and diagnostic devices in the toroidal surgical robot system with an extension lid includes cylindrical or polyhedral hull of the tools table to be lifted and reciprocally turned by a drive with a reduction gear and a gear, and also includes retainer housings of surgical and diagnostic devices which positions are arranged in a circle, herewith the retainer housings of surgical and diagnostic devices are made in the form of the lower and the upper electromagnets, which are fixed in vertical plane on the outer side of the polygonal additional housing, which is arranged coaxially inside the cylindrical or polyhedral hull of the tools table, in which opposite to electromagnets there are holes, where there are cylindrical not closed electromagnetic parts of the electromagnets and an inner rod with winding coils with a round or a conical end for oriented fixation of surgical and diagnostic devices housings, herewith inside and aligned with the tools table in a circle there are rods, upper ends of which are fixed in the lower part of the extension lid of the robot system, and the lower ends of the rods are fixed on the upper part of a circular plate, at the edge of the upper surface of which there are thrust bearings of reciprocating turn of the tools table, which by means of a bushing are functionally connected with its lower part of the housing of the tools table, and inside in the upper part of the tools table there is a gear, which is functionally connected with a gear of one or more drives with reduction gears, which are fixed in upper part of the rods for reciprocating turn of the housing of the tools table.
