FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic atomiser contains a casing with sprayed liquid and gas supply, jet directing devices for liquid an gas, sprayer. The casing is made in form of turn over sleeve, in its bottom a thread hole is made to secure central cylindrical insert. In side surface of the casing a hole is made for gas supply under pressure, it is connected with the ring chamber. The chamber is made by external surface of the central cylindrical insert and internal surface of the casing. To the internal surface of the casing, in its bottom part a cylindrical sleeve of the jet directing device is secured for gas supply under pressure to the sprayer. The jet directing device for the sprayed liquid supply is made in form of helical disk. The disk is in contact with the cylindrical generatrix surface of the axial channel. The channel is made in central cylindrical insert. At that cross-section of the helical line of the helical disk made in solid disk is rectangular, and axis of the helical disk is perpendicular to the bottom of casing in form of the sleeve.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.
