FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, in chemical industry etc. This is achieved by the fact that in a pneumatic nozzle with a conical swirler, comprising a body with supply of atomized liquid and gas, jet-guiding device and sprayer, body is made in the form of an inverted cup, in the bottom of which a threaded opening is provided for fixing of the axial symmetric to the body, central cylindrical insert with central axial channel of jet directing device for supply of sprayed liquid, and in body side surface, perpendicular to its axis, at least, one hole for air (gas) under pressure supply is made, which is connected to the annular chamber formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and housing inner surface, and to and to housing inner side surface, in its lower part, a cylindrical sleeve of the jet directing device is secured for gas supply under pressure to the sprayer by means of an annular gap formed by outer surface of central cylindrical insert and inner surface of sleeve, wherein annular gap is connected to annular chamber, and inside the central cylindrical insert, on its inner surface, fluid flow swirling chamber and diffuser are arranged aligned inside central cylindrical insert, which cutting plane is aligned with that of annular gap at the outlet of jet-directing device cylindrical sleeve to supply air, in the lower part of the central axial channel with the diffuser of the central cylindrical insert of the jet-directing device for supplying the sprayed liquid, a hollow conical swirler is fixed, which conical shell of is fixed by, means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the swirler in its upper part and the other end to the annular groove formed on the inner surface of the central cylindrical axial channel, and on hollow cone swirler outer surface helical through thread is made.
EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
