FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for liquid atomization and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Pneumatic nozzle includes a body with a supply of atomized liquid and gas, a jet control unit and a nebulizer. Body is in the form of an inverted glass, in the bottom of which a threaded opening is made for fixing the axial symmetric body of the central cylindrical insert with central axial channel of jet directing device for supply of sprayed liquid. In body side surface, perpendicular to its axis, at least, one hole for air (gas) under pressure supply is made, which is connected to the annular chamber formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and housing inner surface, and to the inner side surface of the housing. In the lower part of the body is attached a cylindrical sleeve of the flow control device for gas supply under pressure to the sprayer by means of an annular gap formed by outer surface of central cylindrical insert and inner surface of sleeve. Annular clearance communicates with annular chamber. Nozzle shaped to conical funnel is secured coaxially to central cylindrical sleeve, in the lower part of which, perpendicular to its axis, a fixed perforated circular plate with conical throttles is fixed rigidly. At least two rows of cylindrical throttling openings are made on the lateral surface of the flaring, with axes lying in planes perpendicular to the axis of the flaring. Perforated disc is fastened inside the conical socket. Perforated end plate with perforations in the form of conical throttle openings is fixed on the socket end of the socket.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is high efficiency of liquid atomization.
