FIELD: devices for liquid atomization.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying fluids. In a pneumatic nozzle comprising a body with supply of atomized liquid and gas, jet-guiding device and sprayer, the housing is made in the form of an inverted cup, in the bottom of which a threaded opening is made for fixing the axial symmetric body of the central cylindrical insert with central axial channel of jet directing device for supply of sprayed liquid, and in body side surface, perpendicular to its axis, at least, one opening for air (gas) under pressure supply is made, which is connected to an annular chamber formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and housing inner surface, cylindrical cartridge of training device feeding gas at pressure to sprayer via annular clearance is secured to casing lower part inner side surface, formed by the outer surface of the central cylindrical insert and the inner surface of the sleeve, the annular gap being connected to the annular chamber, nozzle shaped to conical funnel is secured coaxially to central cylindrical sleeve, in the lower part of which, perpendicular to its axis, a fixed perforated circular plate with conical throttles is fixed rigidly, and on the lateral surface of the bell, at least two rows of cylindrical throttling openings with axes lying in planes perpendicular to the axis of the funnel are formed, with a perforated disk inside the conical socket, and on the end of the socket a perforated end plate with perforation in the form of conical throttles is fixed, a hollow conical swirler is installed between the perforated disk and the end perforated circular plate, the vertex of the conical surface of which rests against a perforated disk, and the base lies on the end perforated circular plate of the socket, while on the conical surface of the hollow conical swirler a through screw thread is made, the diffuser is axially symmetrically attached to the lower end part of the body with a coaxially fixed to it sprayer, made in the form of a cylindrical shell, on the cut of which is installed a dissector in the form of a perforated disk.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomization.
