FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic atomiser contains casing, jet directing device and sprayer. The casing is made in form of the turned over sleeve, in its bottom a thread hole is made to secure insert with central axial channel of the jet directing device for the sprayed liquid supply. In the side surface of the casing, perpendicular to its axis a hole is made for air (gas) under pressure supply, it is connected with a ring chamber made by the external surface of the central cylindrical insert and internal surface of the casing. To the internal side surface of the casing, in its bottom part a cylindrical sleeve of the jet directing device is secured for gas supply under pressure to the sprayer. The ring clearance is connected with the ring chamber, and the sprayer is secured to the central cylindrical insert. The sprayer is made in form of a cone bell, in its bottom part an end round plate is rigidly secured, it has cone throttling holes with corner at the cone tip in range from 45° to 90°. On the side surface of the bell roes of cylindrical throttling holes are made with axes in planes perpendicular to the bell axis, and in each row at least three holes are made.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.
