DEVICE TO GENERATE ELECTRIC SIGNALS IMITATING SIMULTANEOUS ACTUATION OF GROUP OF ELECTROCONTACT SENSORS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC G04F13/00

Abstract RU 2564057 C1

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises cable lines of time interval measurement channels, a source of cable lines charging connected to a charge resistor, and a switchboard to connect strands of charged cable lines of time interval measurement channels with braids. Also it additionally comprises a generator of a start signal and a device of start signal conversion, which includes an optron, a MOSFET-transistor, a driver of the MOSFET-transistor and a source of power supply, and also load resistors of the MOSFET-transistor and optron, the switchboard is electronic and is made on a power IGBT module, a gate of the electronic switchboard is connected with a source of the MOSFET-transistor and via the load resistor of the MOSFET-transistor is connected to the outlet VS of the driver of the MOSFET-transistor. The drain of the MOSFET-transistor, the inlet VCC of the driver of the MOSFET-transistor and a cathode of the optron photodiode are connected to a positive output of the power supply source. The gate of the MOSFET-transistor is connected to the outlet HO of the driver of the MOSFET-transistor, the inlet IN of which is connected to an anode of the optron photodiode. The anode of the optron light diode is connected to the outlet of the start signal generator. The negative outlet of the source of cable lines charging of time interval measurement channels via a charge resistor is connected to strands of cable lines of time interval measurement channels, the inlet COM of the driver of the MOSFET-transistor, the negative output of the power supply source and an emitter of the electronic switchboard. The optron load resistor by one output is connected to the optron photodiode anode, by the second one - to strands of cable lines of time interval measurement channels. The positive output of the source of cable lines charging, a collector of the electronic switchboard, a cathode of the optron light diode, an earth terminal of the start signal generator and braids of cable lines of time interval measurement channels are connected to the earth bus.

EFFECT: reduced duration of measurement channels functioning inspection.
