FIELD: demolition works.
SUBSTANCE: model of explosive object is placed in the test box. The explosion initiator is installed in the model of explosive object. The cover with the pan form the uniform enclosed structure formed around the model of explosive object. The model is fitted with transport and suspended systems. The protective cover is implemented multilayered and consists of aluminium, rubber and percale layers facing inwards towards the model. The model of explosive object is fitted with the object to be tested on the bench - the explosion-proof element installed above the hole in the upper part of the model. The explosion-proof element consists of the metallic armoured frame with metallic armoured lining and lead filler. In the upper part of the model, at the hole, symmetrically with reference to its axis, four bearing rods are fixed, telescopically inserted into the stationary supporting branch pipes, which are fixed in the panel of the explosion-proof element. For fixing of the limit position of the panel the stopper sheets are welded to end faces of bearing rods. The model of explosive object is also fitted with the explosion-proof element installed in the lateral part of the model which is identical to the explosion-proof element installed in the upper part of the model. From outer side of the model, near explosion-proof elements, the video cameras in armoured version are installed the outputs of which exits are connected with the computer which registers the moments of actuation of explosion-proof elements.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of protection of the process equipment and human resources from emergencies due to the possibility of forecasting of development of emergency situation in case of accident on the explosive object.
