FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to armour plates intended for ballistic protection of personnel, light and heavy vehicles and machines and to set for production or repair of composite panel. Production of composite armour panel consists in making of horizontal frame, arranging of ceramic units, applying of cured binder on cavity being filled, creating the conditions for curing of said binder and removing of said horizontal frame. Said set comprises at least one cured binder and cylindrical ceramic units. Proposed repair process consists in the replacement of at least one ceramic unit, application of binder and creation of conditions for curing of said binder.
EFFECT: better reparability, decreased weight.
