FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication of catalysed exhaust filter effects in steps is as follows. a) Making of the filter porous body with distribution side and filtrate side. b) Fabrication of wash-coat-type catalytic coating containing particles of the first catalyst composition. The latter is active relative to selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides in combination with the particles of second catalytic composition. The latter is active relative to reduction of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and ammonia. This involves the particles of third catalytic composition with respect to selective oxidation of ammonia to nitrogen along with second catalytic composition. Here, particles of first catalytic composition feature modal size of particles smaller than mean size of pores of said exhaust filter. Also, particles of second and third catalytic compositions feature modal size of particles larger than mean size of pores of said exhaust filter. c) Application of wash-coat-type catalytic coating on filter body by feeding said coating into exhaust end of filtrate side. d) Filter coated body is dried and thermally treated to produce catalysed exhaust filter.
EFFECT: perfected process of exhaust filter production owing to simple and less expansive process.
