SUBSTANCE: biological sample is treated successively in a fixative solution, washed, dewatered, saturated with a cold-filling crystalline resin solution for 6-24 hours, immersed into pure resin for 12-24 hours and stained with dye colours at a depth of 1-2 mcm. The underlying layers are microscoped after grinding, polishing or re-staining of the sampled surface.

EFFECT: invention enables studying the samples in layers keeping cell components intact and maintaining the tissue architecture unchanged at the level of a contact to a foreign body.
