Functionally active patch for surgical reconstruction of the wall of blood vessels, made based on biocompatible biodegradable polymers, ε-polycaprolactone and polyhydroxybutyrate/valerate using the electrospinning method, having a highly porous structure and bio-active RGD-peptides immobilized throughout the surface, is characterized by that the immobilized peptides have a linear structure – RGDK-peptides.

EFFECT: functional-functional patch for surgical reconstruction of the blood vessel wall is proposed.
