SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and biology, namely to histology, and to histological equipment and can be used in practice of pathomorphological laboratories of medical institutions and morphological departments of higher educational estanlishments of medical and biological profile. To dehydration and fixation of biological material acetone in presence of dehydrated calcium chloride, taken in amount 10-12% of biological material mass, is used. As plates for fixation of histological cuts used are plates of lamination films, with protective medium created by sealing histological cuts between plates of lamination films with polymer glue, intended for cold lamination.

EFFECT: invention solves the problem of creating accelerated method for creation of histological preparations, which could be stored for a long time under laboratory conditions and repeatedly used for studying.
