FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves polymer dissolving in an organic solvent, film pouring on the surface, drug introduction, drying, at that, levomicetin is used as the drug, a pre-activated silk fibroin is used as the polymer. The invention can be used in medicine, for example, to cover external skin injuries.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain biodegradable and biocompatible films with a drug using a non-hazardous and non-volatile solvent while maintaining uniform drug distribution in the film creating an amorphous crystal structure that provides a given yield of the drug and preserves the original properties of the film.
