FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: used to reduce the weight and increase the strength characteristics of an aircraft (AC). The load-bearing composite panel is made of three layers and contains a monolithic zone at the points of attachment to the aircraft frame elements and a regular zone located at the places where it is not attached to the aircraft frame elements. At the same time, in the regular zone, the load-bearing composite panel contains outer and inner linings and a metal honeycomb core located between them. Moreover, throughout the entire regular zone, the metal honeycomb core has a varying thickness, and the inner lining in the regular zone has the shape of a truncated pyramid with the inclination of the pyramid faces corresponding to the change in the thickness of the metal honeycomb core. Reinforcement is located in the monolithic zone between the linings. Moreover, the thickness of the reinforcement in the monolithic zone is 2.5 times greater than the total thickness of the outer and inner linings, and the minimum height of the metal honeycomb core in the regular zone is equal to the difference between the thickness of the panel in the monolithic zone and the total thickness of the linings.
EFFECT: maximum reduction in the weight of the structure of the load-bearing composite panel while providing the necessary load factor for buckling and when operating from normal and shear stresses, increasing the volume of fuel tanks.
