FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices of inductive energy transmission. The power supply system is claimed for electric power supply to power receiving device, at that power supply system consists of two plates, two structures of electrodes capable of connection to alternating current source and at least one power transmitting device. Each structure of electrodes is fixed to one of the two above plates. The power transmitting device is placed between these two plates and comprises electroconductive coil and at least two electric contacts coupled to the electroconductive coil. Plates and power transmitting device are placed so that power transmitting device may be moved in direction parallel to surfaces of the plates with electrical contacts contacting the respective two structures of electrodes in order to receive power from alternating current source.
EFFECT: providing energy transfer at large areas.
