FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to load devices for use in electric power supply devices. Technical result is achieved by using the first external electroconductive element, which together with the first electrode and dielectric layer forms a capacitor for capacitive power transmission between the first electrode and the first external element. Thus, power supply can be provided by alternating current power supply, the first AC output of which is electrically connected to the first external element, creating a well-defined voltage potential on this first external element during use of the electric power supply device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring reliable operation of the device under the most unfavourable ambient conditions with small or even zero loss of operating characteristics and without probability of damage.
