FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in a meter of a flow rate of a two-phase flow of dielectric materials moved by air in a metal pipeline comprising serially connected a microcontroller, an indicator, a measurement insert from dielectric material built into the metal pipeline, with metering capacitor armatures arranged on it in series with registering capacitor armatures with a dielectric insert from a voltage-polarised crystal, a light polarizer, a laser radiator, a light analyser and a photodetector, at the same time at one side from the registering capacitor there is a flat mirror, and at the other side - a correcting plate, a polarizer-analyser of light connected by an optical line with a photodetector connected via a current into voltage converter with the microcontroller, connected with a liquid crystal indicator and a personal computer.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement, simplified technical realisation and protection against impact of external electromagnetic fields.
