SUBSTANCE: method of specifying the indolent and progressive forms of chronic lympholeukaemia involves finding the blood serum NK-cell count by flow cytometry in the onset of the disease; the early-stage tumour process in the indolent form of CLL is accompanied by the peripheral blood relative NK-cell count recorded ≥5.0%, while the absolute count is - ≥7.0×109/l; whereas the progressive form of CLL shows a percentage of NK-cells being <5.0%, with the absolute count <7.0×109/l.

EFFECT: specifying the indolent and progressive forms of CLL in the onset of the disease, at the early stages of the tumour process accompanied by timely defining the therapeutic approach that provides prescribing adequate therapeutic programs and prolonging a life time in the patients.
