FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to oncohematology. Described is a method for prediction of total survival of the male patients with chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL) at stage A-C according to Binet. A glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of the patient is determined by MDRD formula: GFR=186×{[serum (plasma) creatinine+88.4]-1.154}×age-0.0203. To increase the patient's predicted clinical parameters of the median of the Binet classification, the following formula is introduced: L=X-76.5, where X is the patient's GFR parameter at the moment of diagnosis, wherein in the case of L≥0 – patient will overcome median of Binet classification, at L<0 – patient will not overcome median of Binet classification.

EFFECT: more accurate prediction of overall survival of CLL patients.
