Note here that said registration comprises unsolicited request for registration indicating that the programme seizes the warning means protocol and intends to participate in warning means operation. Besides, it is made possible also owing to receipt of warning message by the programme indicating that the period of grace started. Note here that programme registration for warning means makes a precondition for receipt of warning message Is the programme is not registered the period of grace is not granted.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of computation of period by only those programmes that seizes the warning means protocol.
