FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in the treatment of patients with chronic hemorrhoids of stage III-IV, the boundaries between external and internal nodes are determined. Lifting and mukopexy are performed after desarterisation of internal hemorrhoids. With the internal hemorrhoidal node base width more than 4 cm and while preserving the boundaries between the external and internal nodes or with any width of the internal HN base and in the absence of boundaries between the external and internal nodes, hemorrhoidal artery stitching is performed. The ends of the threads are left for mucosal lifting by a continuous suture. The external part of the fallen HN is mobilized, for this purpose, the HN is cut along the submucosal layer from the tip to the lifting sutures above the dentate line. The mobilized part of the HN is bandaged with the remaining ends of the threads. The mobilized part of the HN with threads is cut off.
EFFECT: method provides one-stage minimally invasive surgical treatment, reduces the risk of postoperative complications and disease relapse, reduces rehabilitation to 2 weeks.
